Congressman Ellison talks about how the Roadblock Republicans don't have the interests of the American people at heart: "To them ruining government works - either they get what they want or they demonstrate that government can't work, and either way they think they win 'cause they lower government in the esteem of the American people - then blame it all on Democrats!" He says the Democrats need to run an agenda without worrying about the GOP. "Bipartisanship is a fine thing," he says, "but it's low on the list. We're not against it....once [the Republicans] start seeing the train leaving the station and they're nowhere on it, and they show Democrats are doing stuff and they're not doing nothing...they're gonna come looking and try to get in on the game."
